Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Wash potatoes well and cut into wedges.
  2. Mix oil, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Add potatoes to the bowl and toss until coated.
  4. Place potatoes on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20 minutes, turning once after 10 minutes.
