- In a large saucepan or skillet, gently cook the onion in the hot margarine until golden.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook gently, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender. Taste and correct the sweet-sour taste.
- Serve hot.
- Makes about 6 servings.
- Good with pork.
