Apple Turnover

Ingredients

  • 4 large apples
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • butter the size of walnut
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. whole milk
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

Instructions

  1. Slice apples on the bottom of a 9 x 9-inch buttered baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle with sugar.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients to make batter and pour over apples.
  4. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
