Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 red apples
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • salad greens
  • sliced oranges

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Peel and dice the apples, leaving the skin on half an apple for color.
  3. Stir the diced apples into the mayonnaise mixture.
  4. Add diced celery and chopped walnuts to the mixture.
  5. Serve the salad on salad greens and garnish with sliced oranges and grapes.
