Ingredients

  • 1 lb apples
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 oz gelatine

Instructions

  1. Wash and quarter the apples, removing seeds, then boil until soft.
  2. Drain the apples into another pot and sieve to make a puree.
  3. Add gelatine to the drained apple liquid and dissolve it.
  4. Add sugar to the liquid and bring back to a boil, then remove from heat and let cool.
  5. Once cooled, pour the liquid into a bowl, add the apple puree, and whip until foamy.
  6. Pour the mixture into serving cups and serve.
