- Wash and quarter the apples, removing seeds, then boil until soft.
- Drain the apples into another pot and sieve to make a puree.
- Add gelatine to the drained apple liquid and dissolve it.
- Add sugar to the liquid and bring back to a boil, then remove from heat and let cool.
- Once cooled, pour the liquid into a bowl, add the apple puree, and whip until foamy.
- Pour the mixture into serving cups and serve.
