Apricot Salad Ring
Ingredients
Instructions
- Sprinkle gelatin in water and soften.
- Drain apricots.
- Sieve fruit and sugar in shallow pan.
- Heat until sugar is dissolved. Stir gelatin into syrup until dissolved.
- Mix lemon juice.
- Cool. Stir in balance of ingredients.
- Chill until firm in a 6-cup jello ring mold.
- Serve with mayonnaise or favorite dressing on bed of greens.
