Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot Jell-O
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 medium-sized can apricots
  • 3/4 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. Combine the apricot Jell-O and hot water in a blender and mix until dissolved.
  2. Add the cream cheese to the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Add the apricots, including the liquid, and blend on the 'liquify' setting until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold and chill until set.
  5. Garnish with extra apricots before serving.
