Ingredients

  • 6 boneless pork chops
  • 2 large onions
  • 4 large green peppers
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Brown the pork chops on both sides.
  2. Place the browned chops in a 9 x 12-inch square pan.
  3. For each chop, place a slice of onion, a slice of tomato, and a halved green pepper to form a cup.
  4. Fill each green pepper cup with cooked rice.
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the ingredients to taste.
  6. Add 1 cup of water to the pan.
  7. Cover the pan with foil and bake in a 350°F oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
