- Brown the pork chops on both sides.
- Place the browned chops in a 9 x 12-inch square pan.
- For each chop, place a slice of onion, a slice of tomato, and a halved green pepper to form a cup.
- Fill each green pepper cup with cooked rice.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the ingredients to taste.
- Add 1 cup of water to the pan.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake in a 350°F oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
