Ingredients

  • 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 scant cup Parmesan cheese
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Chop the artichoke hearts very finely.
  2. Add the Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise and mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a small serving dish.
  4. Microwave on high until hot, about 4 minutes.
  5. Stir twice during heating.
  6. Serve warm with crackers or raw vegetables.
