A creamy, cheesy artichoke dip with Parmesan and mayonnaise, perfect for parties and gatherings, served hot with crackers or toast for a savory appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 14 to 16 oz. can artichoke hearts
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Drain artichoke hearts very well and chop.
  2. Add Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise and mix well.
  3. Place in an ovenproof serving dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with crackers or Melba toast.
