Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. salt
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Combine rice and salt; soak overnight, covered well with water.
  2. The next day, bring a large pan of water to a boil.
  3. Drain the soaked rice; put into boiling water and parboil for about 10 minutes.
  4. Drain off water.
