Ingredients

  • 4 oz. cabbage (savoy, white or green), finely chopped
  • 4 oz. bean sprouts, washed
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated
  • juice of 3 lemons
  • salt and sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all vegetables together in a bowl.
  2. Combine lemon juice, red pepper, salt and sugar; pour dressing over the vegetables and mix well.
  3. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
