Ingredients

  • 1 large can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 lb. bag Ore-Ida hash browns, thawed
  • 1 large (16 oz.) box sour cream
  • 1 small bunch green onions
  • 2 cups mild Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream of chicken soup, thawed hash browns, sour cream, chopped green onions, and shredded Cheddar cheese in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 1 hour.
  4. Remove from the oven and melt the oleo (butter), then pour it over the casserole.
  5. Let the casserole soak for a few minutes before serving.
