Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 c. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix and divide into 2 batches.
  2. Chill 2 hours.
  3. Roll to 1/8-inch.
  4. Cut.
  5. Place on tinfoil lined pan.
  6. Bake at 400° for 6 to 8 minutes.
