Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground sausage
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 can sauerkraut
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. skinny noodles

Instructions

  1. In a large frying pan, crumble and fry the sausage and ground meat together until browned.
  2. Drain the meat in a colander and return it to the frying pan.
  3. Add the sauerkraut and one can of water to the pan; bring to a boil.
  4. Add the skinny noodles to the boiling mixture.
  5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 12 minutes or less.
  6. Test the noodles for doneness after 8 minutes.
  7. Stir the dish and serve.
