Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • Graham crackers (enough to line a 9 x 13-inch pan)

Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine in a heavy pan.
  2. Add the brown sugar to the melted margarine and stir until combined.
  3. Add chopped nuts to the mixture and bring to a boil.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes, then pour the mixture over graham crackers lined in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 10 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool, then cut into squares.
