Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 5 jalapenos, chopped fine
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 can beer
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • salt to taste
  • garlic powder to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice all vegetables and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add tomato paste, beer, lemon juice, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. Refrigerate before serving.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips or as a relish on eggs, vegetables, etc.
