Instructions
- Melt butter in 2 qt saucepan.
- Crumble vermacelli and add to melted butter.
- Saute until vermacelli is golden brown.
- Add rice, broth, water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to simmer.
- Cover and cook for 25 minutes.
