Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Peel and pit the avocados, then mash them well with a fork or force through a sieve.
  2. Add sour cream, lemon juice, onion, salt, and Tabasco sauce to the mashed avocados.
  3. Mix until well combined.
