Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 to 2 1/2 cups flour

Instructions

  1. Break eggs into a bowl and stir until creamy.
  2. Add sugar and continue to stir.
  3. Gradually add enough flour to make a stiff dough.
  4. Roll out the dough between 2 sheets of lightly floured wax paper to about 3/4-inch thickness.
  5. Cut into round shapes.
  6. Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
  7. Let stand overnight (10 to 12 hours).
  8. Bake at 325°F until browned and hard.
