Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. cream
  • 1 c. tomato juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and flour together; add cream and tomato juice.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Bring to a boil; cook until thickened.
  4. Add grated cheese and stir until melted.
  5. Serve on toast.
