Ingredients

  • 16 oz. spaghetti
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 2 medium onions
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and keep warm.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove onto paper towels to drain.
  3. In the bacon drippings, cook the onions until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti and bacon to the skillet with onions. Toss until well mixed.
  5. Stir in the eggs and cubed Cheddar cheese. Cook until the cheese is melted and the mixture is heated through.
