Ingredients

  • butter flavored rectangular crackers
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • bacon slices, cut in half

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 225°.
  2. Take each half slice of bacon and lay it flat.
  3. Lay one cracker on top in the center of the bacon so that the bacon can wrap around the cracker.
  4. Pour Parmesan cheese in the center on the cracker.
  5. Wrap the bacon around the cheese and cracker carefully.
  6. Lay the cracker on an ungreased cookie sheet, with the ends of the bacon down.
  7. Bake for 2 hours.
