Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 2 potatoes, sliced

Instructions

  1. Place hamburger in the bottom of a small roaster or casserole.
  2. Place onion, carrots, and potatoes over the meat.
  3. Mix soup and water together and pour over vegetables and hamburger.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 1 hour in a 350° oven.
