Ingredients

  • 1 small round Brie or Camembert cheese
  • 1/2 lb. frozen phyllo dough (10 to 12 sheets), thawed
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • fresh dill weed
  • red grapes

Instructions

  1. Wrap the Brie in thawed phyllo dough, brushing each sheet with melted butter and keeping unused sheets covered with a damp cloth.
  2. Turn the cheese over after applying each sheet of phyllo for even coverage.
  3. Brush the wrapped Brie with additional melted butter.
  4. Cover and refrigerate the wrapped Brie until ready to bake.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the phyllo-wrapped Brie in a shallow baking dish.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh dill and serve with grapes, apples, or pears if desired.
