- Wash and discard any brown leaves from the Brussels sprouts. Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix Brussels sprouts with the onion, bread crumbs and cheese.
- Add oil; stir together.
- Bake until Brussels sprouts are fork-tender.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
