Baked Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. fresh Brussels sprouts
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and discard any brown leaves from the Brussels sprouts. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Mix Brussels sprouts with the onion, bread crumbs and cheese.
  3. Add oil; stir together.
  4. Bake until Brussels sprouts are fork-tender.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
