Baked Cabbage Puff

Instructions
- Cover cabbage with cold water and heat to boiling.
- Drain well.
- In buttered, shallow 2-quart baking dish, arrange cabbage, crumbs and cheese in layers, making 2 layers of each.
- Beat eggs with salt, mustard and pepper.
- Add milk and pimiento and mix well.
- Pour over cabbage, pressing mixture down into the liquid. Let stand 20 minutes.
- Bake in moderate oven (350°) about 45 minutes, until puffed and set in center of dish.
- Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
