Ingredients

  • 4 boned and skinned chicken breasts
  • chopped ham or chipped beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wrap half of the boned chicken breasts with a slice of bacon and secure.
  2. Make a bed of chopped ham or chipped beef in a baking dish.
  3. Mix the can of cream of mushroom soup with the sour cream.
  4. Place the wrapped chicken on top of the ham.
  5. Pour the sour cream mixture over the chicken.
  6. Bake uncovered for about 1 1/2 hours at 325°F.
