Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • salt to taste
  • giblets, cut up and cooked
  • 6 eggs, boiled and cut up

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a pan.
  2. Add flour and salt.
  3. Stir until smooth. Add milk gradually and stir constantly until thickened.
  4. Bring chicken broth to a boil, add chopped giblets and eggs.
  5. Add white sauce and cook until thick.
