Baked Cinnamon Wraps

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a bowl, mix the sugar with the cinnamon, and set aside.
- Melt the butter in the microwave, set aside.
- Using the rolling pin, carefully mash the slices of bread until they are very thin.
- Brush the bread slices with the melted butter.
- Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll up the slices of bread, and place on an ungreased baking tray.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until crispy on the outside.
- Remove from oven, and let cool.
- Roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
