Baked Cucumbers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lrg cucumbers, sliced
  • 2 x spanish onions
  • 1 c. chili sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. flour margarine

Instructions

  1. Arrange cucumbers and onions in layers, adding to each layer, salt, pepper and flour.
  2. Cover with chili sauce and dot with butter.
  3. Bake at 350until tender, about 30 min.
