Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef or shrimp
  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. red pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly; put in casserole dish.
  2. Cover with aluminum foil; bake in 400° oven for 1 hour.
