Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked eggplants
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
