Ingredients

  • 1 can peaches
  • 1 can black Bing cherries
  • 1 can apricots
  • almonds, sliced
  • macaroons

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned peaches, black Bing cherries, and apricots well.
  2. Layer the drained fruits in a baking dish, sprinkling each layer with brown sugar, dabs of butter, and slivers of almonds.
  3. Crush the macaroons into small pieces.
  4. To each fruit layer, add lemon juice and a total of 1/2 cup of sherry.
  5. Cover the top layer with the crushed macaroons.
  6. Bake the pudding for 30 minutes and serve hot.
