Ingredients

  • 2 large halibut steaks (1/2-inch thick)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. crushed cornflakes
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Dip the halibut steaks in salted milk, then coat thoroughly in crushed cornflakes on both sides.
  2. Place the coated steaks on a greased baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle melted butter over the tops of the steaks.
  4. Add a dash of paprika on top.
  5. Bake in a hot oven at 500° to 550°F for 10 to 15 minutes until cooked through.
