Ingredients

  • 15 oz. butter beans, drained
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 13 oz. ketchup
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes, smashed
  • 1 stick kolbassi, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup diced pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine drained butter beans, diced green pepper, diced onion, smashed stewed tomatoes, sliced kolbassi, and diced pepperoni.
  3. Add brown sugar and ketchup to the mixture and stir well to combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an 11 x 13-inch baking pan.
  5. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Watch it during baking to prevent overcooking.
