Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut each pita bread in half horizontally, then cut each half into 8 triangles.
- Arrange the pita triangles in a single layer on a flat baking stone.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and cool on a cooling rack.
- Repeat with remaining pita bread rounds until all chips are baked.
