Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • butter
  • 1 egg
  • corn flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix mashed potatoes and beaten egg well.
  2. Shape the mixture into balls using an ice cream dipper.
  3. Roll each ball in crushed corn flakes until evenly coated.
  4. Make a depression on the top of each ball and dot with butter.
  5. Place the prepared balls on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown, or put under the broiler until brown.
