Ingredients

  • 8 oz. elbow macaroni
  • 4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  1. Spray the crock pot with cooking spray.
  2. Add cooked and drained elbow macaroni to the crock pot.
  3. Mix in all ingredients except 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Stir well to combine.
  5. Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until the dish is firm and golden brown.
  7. Do not uncover or stir until finished.
