Baked Rabbit With Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1 rabbit, cut in pieces
  • 1/3 c. onion, sliced
  • 1/3 c. celery, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine or salad oil
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Saute onions and celery in margarine.
  2. Remove from heat and stir sesame seed, thyme and salt.
  3. Pour mixture over bread crumbs. Toss and spread in bottom of greased dish.
