Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 red snapper or other firm fleshed fish fillets
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream and dill sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives or green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle fish fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Lightly dust the fillets with flour and shake off excess.
  3. Place the fillets in a single layer in a lightly greased shallow casserole.
  4. Cover completely with sour cream and dill sauce.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with chopped chives or green onions if desired.
