Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. shallots, sliced
  • 6 very thin slices tomato
  • 6 very thin slices lemon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. white wine
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Spread sliced shallots on the salmon fillets.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets.
  3. Place three thin slices of tomato on each fillet.
  4. Add three thin slices of lemon on each fillet.
  5. Pour white wine over the fillets and sprinkle with parsley flakes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 475°F. In a greased pan, cook the fillets uncovered for 6 minutes.
