Ingredients

  • 12 oz. jar Russian salad dressing
  • 10 oz. jar apricot or orange marmalade preserves
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 chicken (fryer or breasts)
  • 2 Tbsp. honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a shallow pan with foil wrap.
  3. Place the chicken in the prepared pan.
  4. Mix the Russian salad dressing, marmalade preserves, Lipton onion soup mix, and honey together.
  5. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  6. Cover the pan tightly with foil.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
