Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh scallops
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Place rinsed scallops in a greased casserole dish.
