Baked Soy Pork Chops

- Brown the pork chops and minced garlic in the cooking oil. Place browned chops in a 13 x 2 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Pour soy sauce and wine over the chops.
- Cover with sliced onion and mushrooms.
- Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
- Serve with rice, using the extra sauce.
