Baked Soy Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 6 (1/2-inch) pork chops
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 3/4 c. white wine
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Brown the pork chops and minced garlic in the cooking oil. Place browned chops in a 13 x 2 x 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Pour soy sauce and wine over the chops.
  3. Cover with sliced onion and mushrooms.
  4. Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Serve with rice, using the extra sauce.
