Baked Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. taco sauce
  • 1 doz. corn tortillas
  • 1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
  • 1 c. tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown meat and onion in a 10-inch skillet; drain.
  2. Add salt, taco sauce and tomato sauce.
  3. Alternate layers of tortillas, cheese and meat mixture in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes in a 375° oven.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese.
