Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. beef or corned beef, cut fine
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • grated onion
  • mild Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. soft margarine

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into two portions.
  3. Optional: Roll each portion in chopped pecans.
  4. Refrigerate before serving.
