Banana Split(No Baking)

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb. pkg. confectioners sugar
  • 5 bananas
  • 1 large container Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with oleo or butter as if you were making a cracker crumb crust.
  2. Layer bottom of a 13 x 13-inch pan. Drain the pineapple and spread over the crumb mixture. Beat the eggs, 1 stick oleo and confectioners sugar together 15 minutes so that it will be stiff and well mixed.
  3. Pour over pineapple. Slice the bananas lengthwise and cover sugar mixture.
  4. Cover bananas with the Cool Whip and sprinkle on chopped nuts. "Voila."
