Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Grand Marnier
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 4 bananas
  • vanilla ice cream
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Put Grand Marnier, butter, and sugar in a large skillet.
  2. Stir at high heat until the mixture starts to caramelize.
  3. Cut bananas lengthwise, peel, and sauté until golden.
  4. Place the bananas on top of vanilla ice cream.
  5. Spoon the caramel sauce over the ice cream.
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
