Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 2/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 carton Cool Whip
  • 2 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix flour, oleo, and chopped pecans together and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes in the 350°F oven. Do not brown.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix well.
  6. Fold in Cool Whip until combined.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the baked crust.
  8. Chill before serving.
