- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix flour, oleo, and chopped pecans together and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes in the 350°F oven. Do not brown.

- Gradually add powdered sugar and mix well.
- Fold in Cool Whip until combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the baked crust.
